I’m happy with this product. I was afraid it might be too weak, but it is not. It has two speeds high and low. Start with low, then finish with high. I see reviewers complain that it stops working. That’s a safety in the design to help stop you from using too much pressure, resulting in you harming yourself, or burning up the motor, or heaven forbid your long haired kitty gets to close and it grabs fur, you’d want it to stop! In any event turning it off and back on again resumes use. It is rechargeable and comes with a USB cord. Use on dry feet only, not on wet. Wet will clog up the heads. If you find that you need to apply pressure then be sure you’re using the coarse head with repeated strokes. Be patient and follow the directions and you will get good results. …And if it were to grab kitty’s fur just push the button on the end to release the grinding head. Just be aware that it grabs. It got my comforter, but that was my fault. Comes with a slight charge. Directions say to give it a full charge before using it. Red is charging, when the red light goes off its ready for use.

Love using this Peti & it works good 4 the 2nd or 3rd x charging than it stops holding a charge, I plug it in to charge & the red light comes on 4 about 5 minutes then light goes out & it stops charging so I have to unplug it and plug it back in just to get the light to show charging again, why does this products charge port go out this is the 3rd time buying this product…

BE CAREFUL! I started on the slow mode and it worked great. I thought this works so good I’ll put it on high and push a bit harder. Ouch! I scraped my feet up a bit. Definitely go low and gently. Just take your time. Definitely works well and was worth the money!

Hace mucho me di por vencida con mis talones. Era inútil embarrarme de crema a diario. Pero este producto es maravilloso, no había tenido mis pies tan suaves ni saliendo del podólogo.
Lo único que sugiero es tener MUCHO CUIDADO porque en un descuido pesca la piel. Me pescó durísimo la yema de uno de mis dedos del pie, en otra ocasión, la piel arriba del talón, dele espantoso. Y dos veces ha pescado la tela de la sábana que estaba bajo mi pie. (la tela como quiera, pero la piel, te dan ganas de llorar) a pesar de eso lo recomiendo por sus funcionabilidad. Solo tener MUCHÍSIMOS CUIDADO.

This is 5 stars! My feet are so smooth and callus free now! This tool is way better than any pedicure place. I walk around barefoot and in flip flops and have bad calluses and rough heels… they’re gone!! And it’s oddly soothing to do this! Highly recommend! Very easy to use.

As someone that likes to wear flip flops/sandals as much as possible, my heels constantly need care year round. I own other bulkier foot filers but wanted something smaller for travel. This little thing was only $12, so I decided to purchase it—so happy I did! For something so small, it packs a punch. Easily files down callouses and gets rid of all my dry skin. It has become my go to e-filer for home use (as well as travel).
Pros:
– Great power! It’s able to keep up without skipping or dragging, which is something not all “non-professional” e-filers are able to do!
– Its unique shape makes it easy to maneuver around heels
– Battery life is more than enough to work on both feet without stopping to recharge
– Head grits are perfect! The coarse one easily eats away at callouses and dry skin, and the finer one smooths down any rough patches.
– Refills are easy to find and not too pricey to replace
Cons (none if which were deal breakers for me):
– No battery life display / no way to tell when it’s time to recharge; no low-battery indication means it’ll just stop working when it’s out of juice lol
– Can’t use and charge at the same time (not great if you can’t remember the last time you charged it!)
– Unidirectional only
– Positioning of the light makes it a useless feature lol
Overall, great little device. 10/10 would repurchase!

This product did wonders for my cracked rough heels and souls of my feet. Very easy to use and gave an amazing result with just one use. I’ve had this rough hard and cracked skin on my feet for years and tried many different things to remove it but this has made them 100% better in just one go. They are soft and smooth now, amazing!

This tool is easy to use, charge and switch abrasion heads. I have only used the course head and thought it would be more aggressive. It does the job getting my calluses filed down and may be safer than a more aggressive tool (like the Dremmel sander I tried LOL) I would recommend this to anyone wanting to manage their calluses.
