I did not like this product, which surprised myself as usually I find e.l.f. products really good. I chose this particular eyeliner as its name is no budge. I have tried so many eyeliners and been disappointed with the lack of staying power. This was the worst I had tried so far after applying the product I found it tried to migrate almost immediately. After 4 hours wear, I just had panda eyes and non-actually left where it should be. It is not like me to give such a low star review and I feel almost guilty by doing so. I wonder is it because of my particular skin? I have no eyelashes, is that the reason? The lack of eyelashes is the reason for wanting to line my eyes, to create the illusion that I do have some. I have tried numerous times to apply this, I have tried washing and drying my face and applying, I have tried dusting with powder to dry my skin and neither have resulted in the product being no budge. This was a total failure for me sadly.

I love the ELF products! They are a great price for a starter with makeup. My 12 year old has gotten very good with her elf mascara. I’ll be buying more of their line for her. I use it myself as well!

Unfortunately, I have extremely sensitive eyes and wearing this bothered me while I was wearing it, and left my eyes itchy and puffy/red afterwards. I only took off one star though, because most pencil eyeliners and eyeshadow do this to me, so this might work for most other people, and the color and application was fine aside from my reaction to it.
If you have sensitive eyes like me, I’d skip this one, but if you’re still on the hunt, Physicians Formula Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner is the only thing I can wear without red/puffy eyelids the next day. In general, anything liquid that dries and doesn’t smudge has been the best bet for me personally.

I bought this as it is meant to be waterproof, but I guess that doesn’t mean it works for tightlining as it didn’t stay put for a whole evening, let alone a day. Shame, as it’s nice to use.
