I liked how easy this was to use and how the color was identical as advertised. Usually cheap drug store colors turn out much darker. This did not smell, burn, or stain the skin. It may take a little experimentation but I like that it is mix and match. It remains to see how long it will last but I have short hair so one bottle will likely do 4 colors so that’s a good deal

I have auburn hair and I just can’t get the red color right with the selections offered. I ordered the air burn and medium brown and mixed them half and half. This color is perfect for my medium auburn hair. It looks like my natural color, not purple, gold or a carrot top. I have plenty left over to multiple touch ups. Good thing these are reasonable prices. I find the color last a lot longer then 10-14 days. I haven’t found another product that works as well to cover the gray and last! I would recommend this brand, don’t give up if you can’t get the exact color, mix and match to your perfect shade.

My stylist recommend color wash instead.
So this does not last long because its just a wash. It it delivers great color!!
I am surprised I can use it often. But it is gentle enough. Color washes out after about 4-5 washes.
I will stick to it because I don’t want the harsher cor treatments. We will see how it goes.

I used this product to cover only my grey and leave my natural colour alone and it worked. The blonde covered.my greys and the result looks like natural highlights. One bottle covered my below shoulder length hair.

The colour was fine, but the dye made my hair REALLY dry. I had to put a lot of conditioner in afterwards. Also, this washed out in just two washes and and it doesn’t smell very good. You’re better off with brands like Ion, Overtone, Arctic Fox or Joico (only Ion and Overtone have browns though, as far as I know).

My friend began coloring her hair with a different shade of this product, & I noticed over the weeks how shiny/healthy her hair was all of the sudden. I asked what she was using, & she attributed her hair health to switching to this hair dye from one of the harsher brands, as well as a new conditioner she’d been trying.
On gut instinct I tried this hair color product, & I’M NEVER LOOKING BACK!! 😍💃🕺💕👏👏 It is wonderful!! Where have you been my whole graying life????? Aaaaah!

To apply, it is a smidge more tedious, for me, anyway … you first have to gently shampoo your hair with whatever shampoo you normally use, then after a *very light* towel dry, apply this product.
Note: It does Not come with gloves, so BYOG – Bring Your Own Gloves – to the shower / application experience to avoid the dreaded Oompa Loopma color stained hands.
I’ve tried it both ways, & in my experience, just putting it on blindly while standing or sitting inside your shower seems to work best. Trying to stand over your bathroom counter so you can watch in the mirror to see what you’re doing during application is a not-needed drippy, sloppy, aggravating pirate-mouthed drama you *just don’t need*.
Just put your waterproof (vinyl, latex, etc) gloves on, hop into the shower, shampoo just 1x, rinse, wring your hair out a little bit in-shower, then apply the coloring product just trusting your gut & your gloves to work it through your whole head of hair from scalp to end.
Also just a tip, the product seems to work better the wetter your hair is to some extent, so that’s another reason to go with the in-shower method. I also brought a handy-dandy hair tie into the shower w/ me, so that after I’d saturated my hair with the color product, I put my hair into a bun so as to avoid the constant color-dyed streams of wetness dripping down me while I waited the necessary time for the color to do its job.
The box recommends 25 minutes of wait-time once you’ve applied it, so I just use this time to bathe, shave, etc. Then all you do is rinse & condition normally with your own conditioner. (No conditioner included, but that’s ok, the results are worth it, trust me.)
If you must leave the shower to go chill somewhere for the 25 minutes while you wait for the dye to work, I’d recommend the bun idea plus tying a plastic grocery bag over your hair to further prevent drips/stains. It looks JUST AS TRASHY (haha no pun intended) as it sounds, but it works super great & you can just toss the bag after use. (Or recycle, of course.)
Anyway, the results of this hair product ARE FABULOUS!! The very very first time you use it, you may see some small tinges where the product didn’t knock away alll of your grays completely. However, not to worry, because after a few weeks when you’re ready for the 2nd application, the color 100% builds upon itself & your grays WILL be covered after that 2nd round.
Any small gripes with this product are so worth it, because … IT DOESN’T DRY OUT YOUR HAIR! Hooraaay!! 🎉🎊

Thank GOD for this product honestly, because my hair had become so fried out from regular coloring, I was about to give in and just go gray all the way, but I really didn’t wanna! And I don’t have the tax-bracket-status to visit a salon more than say, oh, once a year.
So please, you owe it to yourself to at least try this product; I have a lot of hair, about medium-length, & I get 2 full uses per bottle. Which makes it affordable (aka possible) for me to buy.
Go for it, you won’t be disappointed! 💖

The first picture is my before. Lightened with cream bleach and 10 volume developer which left me with a copperish brown that was uneven because one side processed faster than the other. Overall my hair was a level 5-6. I wanted something dark but not black and since I am a deep autumn, I thought a deep wine red would be my best choice. The other two pictures are of my after result. I waited 1 day after bleaching and shampooing to put the color in my hair so the dye wouldn’t go on too dark.
Application: very easy. There is no measuring or mixing required. The liquid saturated my 3a hair quickly and I did everything hand—no bowl, no brush, just gloves. Processing Time is 25 minutes. It also didn’t stain my tub when washing off
Result: Overall satisfied with the color; it definitely has more brown hues than a true wine red, but that’s okay. The lighter parts (level 6) of my hair naturally turned into a lighter red, but it still blends pretty well with the rest of my hair. My roots however did not take the color which is okay for me since I want it to look natural when my hair grows longer, but if you’re planning to put this color over anything darker than level 4 hair it might not show up which makes sense since this product is just pigment in a bottle. Hopefully it’ll last a couple washes before the bleach starts to show through again.
Overall for the price, easiness of application, and color, I would purchase again.

I have allergies to certain chemicals ..I have used this product for many years … Always getting compliments on my hair color … Leaves my hair shiny too … Only negative would be its not long lasting .. Washes out after 1 or 2 shampoos …

I have been using this brand for about 4-5 months now. My hair is very thin and fine and breaks easily and this is the 1st hair color that I have found that does zero damage to my hair. The downside is I have to reapply every 2- 3 weeks but that part is easy since you don’t have to put it on the roots 1st, you just apply it all over freshly washed hair.

I’ve used a few different shades and the light natural blonde is my favourite. If you’re looking for grey coverage use the version in the grey bottle, this one isn’t really meant for grey hair. Additionally, sticking with a neutral shade (i.e. anything with N in the colour name) is much better for grey coverage. 6N Toasted Hazelnut (grey bottle) is also a nice colour to consider and is my second favourite, it’s a light (level 6) neutral brown shade.

This stuff is GREAT ! SO fast and easy to color my hair now. The color lasts forever. Til your roots show up of course. Then just use it again. I’ve been coloring my hair since I was 14 years old. I’m 75 now and started to dislike the time and effort of the usual way (big box effort) .mixing everything..tried this and wallah!! No longer dread the roots showing up. I’m a happy hair coloring camper 🍀

This particular color, ash brown, it does not turn my hair with a purple cast to it. The warm brown choice does put a purple cast on my hair, which, of course I don’t want. I have to wash my hair every day so to keep my hair the way I want it. I have to do this every couple weeks. As you might know it does wash out with each shampoo, if you don’t have to shampoo a lot, it will last longer. It is a very natural looking color.

I don’t know. I’m glad that it was in a bag. But is it really too much for the people at the warehouse to make sure that the product is closed? It almost seems like it was intentionally slightly opened. I rinsed off the bottle and closed it before taking this picture. But the Was slightly open when I received it. I would’ve been really unhappy if all of the contents had spilled out into the bag.
Also The contents was not enough to cover my very short hair my hair it is thick but it is cut at the nape of my neck. It might’ve helped if the bottle hadn’t leaked by it probably wouldn’t be enough any way.
