   This conditioner changed my hair. I used to buy expensive hair products and my hair was nice. One day I needed a travel size for a trip and bought this as the only option in a hurry thinking it was only for a few days and my hair would recover. Let me tell you – LIFE CHANGING. This was 20 years ago and they have changed the bottle design many times but I always go to this now. My hair is so silky and soft, smells amazing and I barely have to brush it. 10/10 will not switch. There is no point it trying anything else when this exists and is inexpensive. I use only the best in makeup and skin care so trust me that I know what I am talking about. If I hadn’t tried this and someone gave me a sample of this and told me it was $50 a bottle – I would pay for it! I also use the shampoo which is great also but the magic is in the conditioner. The conditioner is about 10% better when used with the shampoo.

   Me voy de Amazon debido al pésimo servicio que tienen, son lentos, te hacen pasar de agente a agente y te tienen perdiendo tiempo 40-60min en cosas simples, lo peor es que no te compensan de forma correcta cuando pierden un pedido, cuando me perdieron un peluche paso 1 mes !! Para que me devuelvan el dinero, no sé si ahora compro en Amazon o en china, pero antes de irme dejaré review de todo lo que he comprado.

   I forgot I need paraben-free shampoo. Figured that out YEARS ago. But it’s pricey here in the USA. (Products in Europe have no parabens, by the way.) I bought this because it’s pretty, it was in the little store near my house, I needed shampoo and conditioner. So I bought this set. Bought another set on Amazon too, because I thought I liked this.

   Then, a month or two into using it, I realized I had dandruff again. I haven’t had dandruff in years because of switching to paraben-free shampoo.

   I switched back to the more expensive paraben-free, and my dandruff is once again gone. Sigh. I love the name & scent of “Herbal Essences,” but I won’t be using it again unless they decide to take the parabens out of it.
