Was sceptical about colouring my beard but it really makes it look fuller and more even. I only have a few greys so that wasn’t my main concern. But I have fair patches and thinner patches and overall this gives a much more even look. I found the dark brown/black really harsh and fake looking but this medium brown is really natural looking and think would suit most brunette shades. It’s mixes and brushes in easily and although it does stain the skin initially it fades over the course of the day. I would say that you’re going to be best with a double pack if you have a full/long beard.

I’ve been using this stuff for years for my eyebrows and beard. It does what it claims to do. It’s thick and clingy enough that you don’t have to worry about it dripping off while you wait for it to work. There isn’t much smell. And the little plastic tray + the little plastic application brush work fine for mixing and applying the goop.
I’ll offer a few observations from my years of use………..
1.) Do listen to the advice of the manufacturer and choose one shade lighter if you don’t know what shade works for you. For instance, if you think the M35 shade of brown is closest to the color you want, start out using the M30 brown. The reason for this will be covered in observation #2 below. Once you figure out what the lighter shade does on your facial hair, you can adjust the color darker or lighter as you see fit with a better idea of what yer gonna end up with.
2.) The directions say to leave it on for 5 minutes before you wash out the excess dye. My beard is coarse and tough. On my facial hair, I’ve found that I have to leave it on for 10 – 12 minutes for best results. This is especially true the first few applications until you get the look you want. That’s why you want to go one shade lighter than what you think you want. If you leave a darker shade on for 10 minutes, you’ll end up looking like Blackbeard The Pirate. If you leave a lighter shade on for 10 minutes, you’ll be more likely to end up with what you want with more even coverage.
3.) If you are gonna leave it on for 10 – 12 minutes there is a chance that you may stain your skin. It helps to create a barrier on your skin before you apply the hair dye. Vaseline works great but skin moisturizer works just as well and is easier to use and clean up. A minute spent covering up exposed skin may save you 10 minutes spent scrubbing your face raw to get rid of dye on your skin.
4.) Before you apply the dye, wash your face and beard and dry it. If you have face oils from a sweaty workout, beard oil, or other beard products on your hair, the dye won’t penetrate and stick as well. You’ll just be wasting your time and money if you don’t apply to a clean beard and eyebrows.
But yeah, the stuff works. I apply about once a week and a box will last me 3 – 4 applications. So I get about a month out of a box with a relatively short beard.

Great product for anyone looking to cover up gray hairs and achieve a natural looking color. Application is quick and easy and the color lasts for a decent amount of time before needing to be reapplied. Gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause any irritation.
The Fuzzy One –
I’ve been using this product for some time as my beard seemed to have gotten a bit whiter than I was ready for. My head hair, while getting thinner, has remained dark and I wasn’t a fan of the contrast.
This product has gone up in price at my local stores (significantly) so I tried going without during the lockdowns. I had no clue how much grey had infected my face!! Before I went back to in-person full time work I went ahead and paid the price locally, but purchased the Dark Brown that I had before. After applying it I got distracted by something on TV and waited and extra 2 minutes: DO NOT DO THIS!! I looked like I was about to sell some sketchy product on a late-night TV commercial.
After trimming my beard REALLY short to hide the mistake I purchased the Light Brown and the next time I applied it I watched the clock like a person who had screwed up his FACE before by not watching the clock, stepped into the shower 5 minutes exactly after applying it and was rewarded by a moderately less grey appearance.
Be aware: The color 100% does NOT last for 6 weeks. You’ll be lucky to get 3 weeks between applications of you want to maintain the look. 3-Pack price was decent enough, delivery was fast and I would recommend this product.

First off sorry about the rough look as I need a haircut and some grooming. Anyway the product works it got rid of most of the gray hairs ( I didn’t do a perfect application as it was just a test run). I waited ten minutes before washing it out my skin did feel a bit irritated right at the ten minute mark so maybe next time I’ll leave it in for 7 minutes instead. Instructions were very easy to follow. I will definitely be purchasing this product again in the future for my beard hairs.

Worked just as advertised. It was the first time I had used any hair coloring product – ever. It was easy to do the allergy test and easy to apply the product. It has very little or no smell. I was expecting it to be like my wife’s hair color product, which smells disgusting. Satisfied customer.

If you have grey in your beard, you may be tempted to cover up that grey from time to time. Just for Men makes it relatively easy to do so, you mix two ingredients out of the box, apply it with a small brush included in the box, apply it, leave it on for the recommended time, and then wash it out. It works as directed. Match your beard color with the box color (they seem accurate). When your beard grows out, you can reapply. You can even do a little touch up in your head hair (say your temples) if you’re so inclined. If you leave the product in longer than recommended, it continues to darken (but doesn’t last longer between applications.
