great unit, my only problem, when did high dollar items just get left in front of door, and you dont have to sign for it, seems kinda weird if you ask me. If I didnt have to leave and go to er, I would have never knew about it.

Can run multiple tabs in Chrome smoothly, and has plenty of space. Didn’t have windows store installed for some reason, which I assume was a glitch. It’s great for a budget laptop for basic needs.

Great computer for the money. What I wish it had (that i meant to look for and did not look for) was a backlit keyboard and a built in camera block slide. Other than that it is great. Quick, easy to set up, huge hard drive. Will do everything I need it to do.

Came in a box that had rough handling. One corner was crushed! The contents was not secure. No padding in the outside box. The original box with the laptop inside was fine. The computer was not damaged. I have had Dell before and the great workmanship is still awesome.

This was a good price I think and works fine now. It comes with no ability to connect to the internet. No big deal if you happen to be able to use another device to go to the Dell site, download what you need on a thumb drive and upload to this computer. I did not and had to get a buddy that lives about 30 miles away to do it (I live rurally). Now, why isn’t tjat done at the factory?
