I’ve been using this “Poreless Putty” from E.L.F since it first came out on the market! This is the best putty around! Most days, I will apply just my moisturizer, and my E.L.F Poreless Putty and some mascara…and that’s it. It’s also very important to me that E.L.F is 100% Cruelty Free, Vegan and E.LF is also certified by PETA. Plus it’s a fantastic price! I’ve noticed buying my Poreless Putty on Amazon is a lot less expensive than in stores. This by far is the best Poreless Putty I’ve ever used!

YouTube beauty influencers will make you believe that with the right primer you’ll look 10 years younger with fresher skin than a Snapchat filter. Unfortunately, that’s not true if you have problematic or aging skin. So no primer (this included) will instantly make you look like you have the skin of a satin pillowcase without first resolving your skin issues. That being said, this primer is the best I’ve used and I’ll keep on using it. While I still have my skin’s natural texture showing through my makeup, my large pores are not as visible with this primer. So no, it’s not as perfect as you think it will be, but it is a great addition to your makeup bag and without it, your makeup will not go on as smooth. Will be buying again!

Seem to be ordering it over and over so I must really like it. Feels so nice. The matte definitely seems to smooth my skin under light powder or liquid foundation. Is even nice with just a bit of bronze or blush. The white putty is nice as a touch under eyes or highlighter. Has become an everyday lift.

Whilst I feel as though it didn’t improve the longevity of my makeup, I do feel it provided a very flawless finish to my makeup. My foundation glided on and blended with ease and my pores looked minimised.
I believe it delivers on its claims to hydrate the skin, as my skin felt very soft and plump throughout the day. A little goes a long way with this primer – I find it works better by warming it with your fingers and applying a thin coating in a dabbing motion as opposed to scooping out a pea sized amount and applying with a massaging motion like with other primers.
If you’re looking something to control your shine, this original formula won’t keep you matte, and you would be best giving the mattifying variant a go.
This primer will last a long time. I’ve owned this primer for about a month now and I’m only just starting to make a decent dent in the surface of the putty. I can imagine that the tub will last me about 8-12 months with daily use.

I only got after the reviews on here, not sure what the fuss is about. I’m not overly wowed. Does it fill in pores? Sort off. Does it get rid of fine lines? No.
To be honest, I haven’t noticed a huge difference. The product is thin and a bit slippery, has no scent and goes on nicely. It has left my face a bit dry and cakey looking. I’m going to try putting on moisturiser first. Would I buy again? No I wouldn’t

I’ve been so impressed by the e.l.f. products I’ve purchased, and I ❤️ this product. It is smooth, silky and very lightweight on the skin. You can wear it alone or under foundation for a beautiful, flawless look. I’m in my late 50’s. At a recent doctor appt, she commented on my skin…asked me how I did it. It’s this product! And I haven’t even mentioned the price point, yet! Fantastic!

I have quite large pores on my nose, my own fault for abusing pore strips, but I find it really difficult to get makeup to sit nicely and not clog up the pores and just look gross.
I’ve tried all sorts of primers and tricks, and so far this does the job pretty well, my pores aren’t invisible with this, but foundation doesn’t just sit in them anymore and they definately look minimised.

This primer is beautiful, light and makes your skin glow. It smoothes the surface of your skin, helps reduce the look of pores and is a great base before applying foundation. I also use it alone sometimes as it really adds a touch of a healthy glow to your face. Not only does It make my makeup last longer, it makes applying foundation, concealer and eyeshadow a breeze. I love the fact that it doesn’t feel tacky but what I love most of all, is that once you’ve applied it, you can’t really feel it on your face because it’s so light.
It literally feels like the formula melts into your skin, leaving behind a perfect canvas. I cannot get over the fact at how inexpensive it is and it works so much better than a lot of high end primers.
In short, this one is definitely a keeper and I will keep buying it it as long as they make it. The quality is outstanding and it’s so nice finding great products like this one at such a low price.

Saw this being used in a YouTube presentation, bought it and will continue buying it! For reference, I am 70, and fair skinned. I use moisturizing wipes to remove makeup, or clean skin, then retinol on forehead and mouth, then put on a moisturizer, do eye makeup, add another moisturizer that quickly sinks into skin and can be used as a primer and then the Elf primer. By then I only have to use a very small amount of makeup on problem areas and my skin is very hydrated but not at all greasy. Elf blurs imperfections and levels the surface so less makeup is needed I think. Anyway I love it! Better than all the high priced stuff I have tried!
