I had a severe trauma to my knee and this pack has been amazing. Not only am I able to wrap it around my plus size thigh, it has more room on the band. I feel like I’d be able to secure it to multiple areas on my body despite being larger. The layering makes it easier to handle the ice without having to wrap towels underneath. Definitely a great find.

I love this! I used to use ace wraps to hold them to my stomach. It’s easy to get them in and out and the material is thin so you can feel the cold! For reference I am quite thin and the band fits great! It’s as tight as I can get it but it doesn’t slip either. The packs do take some time to get cold which is mainly what I bought it for. Had a surgery on my stomach and recovery was icing so that’s why I got this. Now I use it as needed and I can get up walk around if I need to and not have to worry about the ice pack moving.

I’d actually give this set a 4.5 stars if I could. I bought this ice pack/strap combo to ice a knee injury. The pouch with the attached strap is great, with one small issue, that the velcro closing the pouch isn’t very strong, so it’s opened on my a couple of times when I didn’t make sure to seal it exactly. But the stretchy strap and the velcro on the strap are great! The ice packs themselves are OK; they last a decent amount of time, better than most of the flexible/soft types, but not as long as the best. Since you get 2 with this set, that kind of takes care of that issue.

The strap , which is plenty long for going around the knee has an enclosed pocket at the end to hold the ice pack. There is velcro holding that shut and there is also velcro at the end of the elastic strap to hold it anywhere along the strap or packet pocket., very flexable. If using on my back or shoulder I could see the need for such a long strap but for my knee i does not have to be so long. The packets froze quickly and stay pretty flaxable to shape around my knee comfortably.With the two ice packs, it’s nice to have a fresh cool one ready to go after the first gets warm. It is all well built and very functional. There is a warranty.

I need to ice my low back the these ice packs are the perfect size. The gel remains cold yet pliable and the belt keeps it perfectly in place. I had been wrapping a hard ice pack in a towel which I tucked in my shorts but it would slip. This stays put even while playing golf and it’s way more comfortable. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I recently had double Pneumonia and Apon returning home, part of the healing process was incredible pain on my chest, shoulders, upper back, ribs …I also have an irritable knee which flaired up when I got home after a few days….OH my Goodness!!!! These little heat/ cold pack really helped me out !!!! I was in so much pain,and these little bags hold the heat for 20 mins plus the !!!! I would fall asleep with these on different sore spots, and it was truly the best restful sleep I’d had in weeks !!!! I bought 2 abs used one wrapped in my knee, two resting in my chest and the fourth I used frozen so I could change between hot/ cold for my knee. Thank Y’all for such a good well made product, it really helped me during one of the hardest times I’ve had. !!!! I highly recommend this, in fact for the Price…. I’d but 2 , like Me !!!!!👍😁🤗

I would give it more than 5 if I could. I had to have me surgery due to a skiing accident and this has been an unbelievable relief! Haven’t heated it up, but it freezes pretty fast and is flexible so it can get just right. The holder is great too. Great product!

This product arrived new and unopened. The quality of the ice packs is decent and the sleeve for the packs is easy to use and comfortable when velcroed into position.
My only concern is how the velcro picked the material where it holds the pack into position after one use and I wonder how long it will be functional. This is the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5. Aside from that I’m very pleased with this product…both the hot and cold packs.
Note: be sure to read instructions for microving the hot pack, as the instructions specify a time limit to keep the bag from rupturing.
