These earplugs are a bit cheaper then the “Slim fit” that I’ve also bought and use. They might be slighty bigger than I need for my ear canals, but it’s really not a problem. I do have small ear canals, so any average sized ones would have no trouble at all with these.
They offer good comfort, as they are nice and soft. I can easily wear these for hours with no discomfort. They are easy to use and insert, unlike certain other earplugs. And you get really good noise reduction, supposedly more than the “Slim fit” which I believe, I can notice when I ride motorcycle. But never the less, both works well, and easy to use. The value I also pretty good, decent quantity for the quality they offer, but I also find them easy to re-use, and they do even state on the package that re-use is no problem. Just throw away when they get “too” dirty or before they lose their ability to work as intended. They also come in a nice little container, that labels the earplugs, contain them, and easily dispenses earplugs.
(A good tip: Always bring a spare pair or two. If you go for a bike ride, and you some how lose one or the pair, you want to have an extra pair, or if you re-use yours, they might get dirty or start to loose their effectiveness)
(I have added a picture of the two earplugs for size comparison, beige (left) is the “Ultra” and the purple (right) is the “Slim fit”)

I won’t say who it is, but ONE of us snores at night, so I can’t get to sleep without earplugs 😉
I have recently tried some other brands of earplugs and neither of the so-called premium earplugs have performed nearly as well as the Mack’s earplugs. Mack’s doesn’t quite block out everything I’d like, but it’s better and more comfortable than the others.
Even though I am a big guy, my ear canals are apparently on the smaller side because all of the other brands that I tried made my ear canals hurt quite a bit after sleeping in them. The Mack’s earplugs have never made my ears hurt and provide better sound blocking than the higher decibel blocking ones I recently tried.
So for me, Mack’s is the only brand I will buy from now on and if I can’t find them in stock, I will try to reuse them until I can get them; no more experimenting with other brands.
Highly recommended.

Falling asleep and I don’t get along – often taking me a 1-2 hours to fall asleep and being sensitive to sound/disturbances makes it even harder. A new apartment building is going up across the street and there’s birds chirping non-stop at 4:30am…I couldn’t stand my old ear plugs anymore so I got these ones and LOVE them. Incredibly soft and has a snug but comfortable fit inside the ear, once in place it was pure, blissful silence. No more birds, no more construction waking me up. I had to turn on my Light Alarm clock since I was concerned I wouldn’t hear my normal alarm. Highly recommended for those wanting soft, silent, reusable ear plugs.

Ensures a good sleep when in a noisy environment. Works better and easier to insert compared to other brands..

I know 5 star reviews are pretty common, but I think this product has earned it.
I started off with the kind of ear plugs you buy for shooting. They the job, but the problem was that I needed them for sleeping. But the length of them kept pushing into my ear while sleeping on my side and they didn’t hold their integrity too well shortly after.
These one the other hand are amazing. First off, the length matches up to your inner ear. Meaning, sleeping on your side is not going to lead to pain. Second, they are easy to roll and in tighter formation. Meaning it’s easier to put in your ear. Third, they are actually wider than the previous ear plugs. So, they fill up more space and still form to the inner ear well enough to not lead to any pain. Last but not least, they are slightly more efficient than the orange shooting range ear plugs, when it comes to passive sound. I’m in no place to judge on how they hold up to shooting ranges.
These things are literally so comfortable, I even left them in after waking up. It certainly cancels out every sound of my neigh or rage talking on the phone for hours on end. Especially while reading.
I would definitely recommend if you need them for sleeping!

I got these on a whim because my husband snores due to allergies and I couldn’t sleep. The first night I wore them I couldn’t hear him just my breathing and it seemed to calm/relax me and I slept like the dead.
I’m on my fourth night and the sleep I’m getting is amazing!
They’re comfortable. They don’t stay in all night but I’m already knocked out when they slip out so it’s a non issue for me. I’ll definitely purchase more when I run low.

They are comfortable and have the perfect “squish” factor when I roll them to put them in my ear. I can wear them for 10 hours with no discomfort.
They block out enough noise so that I can sleep, but I will still hear my kids if they need me.
I use them when I’m running the chainsaw and they block enough to prevent ringing in my ears. Some thing for my hubby when he is mowing or snow blowing.
The kids have worn them for airshows and car races- they are too big for toddlers, but my 7 yr old (at the time) wore them without complaint.
I’ve bought this brand for years, and I’m not planning on switching.

Will be buying more! Perfect fit. Comfortable & really shuts out the snoring and noise from 2 British Bulldogs that snore to high heavens!

Great for the gun range. I put these in, then top with a pair of high decibel ear muffs when I shoot rifles or my 10mm pistols. Roll them like Play Dough to compress them, then pull the top of your ear up to open your canal then insert the plugs and let them expand. They work just fine without the ear muffs (and better than ear muffs alone), but I prefer to have an extra degree of protection, especially at indoor ranges. Reusable unless they become gunked with ear wax. I toss the gunked ones.

I’ve tried everything I could find, from expensive airport ear plugs to various products I ordered online. This is the only one that has ever blocked my husband’s snoring. If you follow the instructions precisely, they don’t hurt and reduce nearby chainsaws to a dull vibration.

Unfortunately, it seems the human ears are a hard thing to turn off. I still have not found any product that can truly give me a silent night sleep. But these plugs do an OK job. Way better than any reusable silicone ones. They completely drown out the sounds of my white noise machine next to me. However, they do not drown out the sounds of my computer playing YouTube 4 feet away. They do not stop the sounds of banging upstairs above me, but it muffles it a little bit. I still use these because it seems to be the best on the market right now.

I was using “Mack’s Dreamgirl Soft Foam Earplugs 30db” but I wasnt sleeping well and was still hearing through them. I swapped to “Mack’s Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs 33db” and I swear they block out ALL NOISE. I sleep with a fan on too and I sometimes pull an ear plug out to check if its still on. I can’t hear snoring, outdoor city noise or movement around the house. I am still able to hear my higer-pitch alarm through them well enough to lightly wake me up.
A+ These are the BEST.
