This eyeliner is my go-to. For years, this one has not disappointed me! I rarely wear makeup anymore but when I do, I use this eyeliner for any look, any event, any season. I’ve cried (a lot) wearing this eyeliner and it doesn’t smear or give “raccoon eyes”. It’s easy to remove but also doesn’t budge until you want it to. Lasts all day, even into the next day! Ha! You really can’t find better quality eyeliner at this low price!

A much lighter brown color than I was expecting from the description, but it definitely stays in place and doesn’t smudge like other eyeliners I have used! Very happy with that.

Ok. I gave it 5 stars because the problem is me not the product. I just have no hand eye coordination or something…eye liner just makes me look like a clown. Anyways, this did go on smooth. Was able to blend out easily too. Love all things Elf

This liner does last all day and does not smudge at all once set. However, the formula is to dry to add to the waterline and its very hard to make a crisp wing as you have to press pretty hard to get it to transfer to your skin, which results in a thick line. ELF’s H20 proof eyeliner pen is much better and easy to use. I just wish I could buy that liner in a brown color.

I can’t get over how nice this eyeliner is for how cheap it is!!! It glides on very smoothly and it applies easier than some of the more expensive brands. I’ll definitely be purchasing this again. Usually, roll up eyeliners dry out after they’ve been opened for a while but this one hasn’t!

Nothing much to say. Soft on the eyelids, not the best for a winged liner, not as pigmented as I expected. Easy to remove. I don’t have any complaints.

This eyeliner works great. Easy to apply and safer than the traditional eyeliner pencils you have to sharpen like a pencil. I got a splinter of wood in my eye using traditional liner pencils. This eyeliner is a little hard for me to remove, but my lids have wrinkles which hold on to makeup. I would recommend, but people with wrinkles should expect a little work to remove this makeup.

This goes on smoothly and seems to smudge nicely for a smokey look, but then dries to a reliable finish that stays put. It didn’t drag at my eyes too much to apply, and it behaved just the way I wanted it to.
Unfortunately, I have extremely sensitive eyes and wearing this bothered me while I was wearing it, and left my eyes itchy and puffy/red afterwards. I only took off one star though, because most pencil eyeliners and eyeshadow do this to me, so this might work for most other people, and the color and application was fine aside from my reaction to it.
If you have sensitive eyes like me, I’d skip this one, but if you’re still on the hunt, Physicians Formula Ultra-Fine Liquid Eyeliner is the only thing I can wear without red/puffy eyelids the next day. In general, anything liquid that dries and doesn’t smudge has been the best bet for me personally.

Idk why it’s gotten so hard to find retractable eyeliners when running errands but this one is exactly what I like. It’s just a little smudgy for the smokey look and stays on all day, I’ve fallen asleep on the couch and woken up with it still as I’d left it even, really happy.. already ordered more.
