At first glance they didn’t seem any bigger than the other brand’s XL briefs but they stretch out to a much better fit. The padding is half the thickness so they feel more natural (ie. closer to a regular underwear)

I had my prostate removed in March 2022 and tried these. I was changing them six or seven times a day because I had no bladder control. I ordered an XL and was happy with their performance. As time went on and I did the kegel exercises, the leaking got more under control and I also went back to the gym and lost 44 lbs. which according to my doctor has strengthened my pelvic floor muscles. I now wear a large one a day just for security or I’ll wear a incontinence pad inside of my underwear. Amazon has been great with allowing me to change my subscription frequency according to my needs. Have never had any problems with this product and very satisfied.

I am a 44 inches waist and they just fit me. If I were any larger they would have been a problem. I am taking a weight loss drug (280 lbs) and it gives me a bit of diarrhea. I have more confidence when I am out and about that at the worst all I need to do if I have an event s to get to a bathroom and change. So far no problems though. But weight loss is a long journey. The padding seems a little minimal. It would be great is they sold a sampler of their products to what suits different people and then were consistent with the product. Right for now I am happy, but I can see how others might not be. But be realistic, any product of this type can only do so much. Its a much better than nothing.

I think these depends are strong, reliable. They have protected chairs and furniture from heavy wetters. If I ever have to use them, I would get the female ones. They look comfortable, they stretch very good.

I am experiencing urinary incontinence right now and rely on Depends to keep me clean and dry. The largest size I could find in pharmacies or Walmart was size XL, too small for me. I could see that Depends made a larger size, XXL, so I searched Amazon for a supplier. I got just what I needed in just a couple of days. I used the XL size, but they were uncomfortable. The XXL size are just right for me. Comfortable and reliable. Now I can go about my daily business without worry.
