Arrived next day, color and material looked great. Washed the towels before using (gentle cycle, warm water) as per instructions. Taking them out of the washer alarmed me with the amount of threads and fluff loosened by the wash. After drying cycle the basket was overflowing with additional “fluff” and the towels already look a bit worn (threads pulling out). Probably too late to return since they are washed. Hoping they will not continue to shed, as I do not want to wear the fluff drying off after a shower. Good old Ikea! Had their towels forever, now starting to look “tired”, so I thought I would get new ones. Hmmm – here is hoping I won’t regret this purchase…

We go thru quite a bit of wash cloths so this set of 6 is very economically priced. The cotton is soft and thick, the way we like our washcloths. Might be too big for kids but fine for adults. It’s also the same size as other way more expensive name brand washcloths. I didn’t see a lot of excess lint after taking them out of the dryer either. Hoping this set will last awhile. Great product from Amazon Aware.

I’m very choosy about my towels, and when I saw the price of the 4 towels of (supposedly) 100% organic cotton, I was impressed. Unfortunately, I was not so impressed with the towels when they first arrives. They felt “slimy” (for lack of a better word), not like cotton.
But – I washed them, which changed everything about my opinion.
They are absorbent, so that’s good, and I like their very generous size. Good deal, good quality.
