I had struggled with leaking pretty much since I started having periods. Funny thing is, I bought these by accident and was at first disgusted by how bulky they were… Changed my mind completely at first try and now this is the only type I would buy. I can sleep peacefully through the night and have zero anxiety when sleeping on someone else’s bed during period. I wear them during the day on heavy days as well and am 100% worry-free of any accident. Highly recommended!

On a scale of 1-10 of how heavy my periods are, it’s a 10! These pads have saved me from so many annoying leaks. They are bulky af but I’ll take that over leaks any day. The best part are the extra wings in the back. I sleep on my back so that is a huge plus for me. Thanks Always!
I have since starting taking supplements so my periods are not as heavy anymore, but I still keep these in stock to wear at night, on long flights, and long car rides.

Priced much cheaper than the drug store. These pads work great. I get to sleep through the night. They are very long and have two sets of wings to stop leaks. I don’t find them uncomfortable or too bulky. Perfect for annoyingly heavy flow when you don’t feel like using a tampon and pad to sleep.
